    Drop rate isn't the issue, it's how loot is distributed.
    actually this thread is about drop rate, from what yoshi said in interviews, basically everyone has thier own instanced roll. In which case its not a drop distribution thing, its just either bad rolls, or that he didnt have inferno lamp
