Expansion housing question- prices

So... have we got an idea if the pricing for the new zone will be the same as old?

Currently, the most expensive house possible is 50M for premier plot on a large in the original 3 zones. Do we know if this will be the case for the new zone?

I am asking because my FC is trying to hoard gil for a large house when they become available.

I suggest browsing other threads before posting; your question has already been answered several times. We don't see why they would change the housing prices, that would be silly. If your FC is planning to get a large, look forward to paying at most 50mil or three times that if you don't find one and cave into buying from a reseller.

I looked at threads on the first page including the 'compilation' thread and saw no set in stone answer. Seeing as they post official answers every now and then.

As for it would be silly to change the price, this IS SE we're talking about, I wouldn't put it pass them.

They confirmed recently (live letter I believe?) that the pricing is the same as it is now.

Q: Will the price of the plots in the new housing area be the same as the existing housing areas? Or will it have separate pricing?
A: We're planning to set the price to the starting price currently set for all Words and decrease it over time.
