When will we get our Stormblood full registration codes?

Apparently I need to spell it out for you, but I was specifically referencing other pre-order games with early access options. In other words, literally the same thing that's happening with Stormblood. No other company does it like this, and with good reason. I feel sorry for Squeenix's support staff, they're going to be flooded with tickets from angry customers when they suddenly get locked out of the Stormblood content that they paid for.

Where are you pulling that from? Seriously, its still two weeks, we'll get the codes well in time - even if SE handles this different (and maybe even less optimal) than other companies, its a bit early to make accusations like this. I cant recall hearing about any problems like that for HW and I'm certain I (or any of my friends) didnt had any difficulties playing or getting the codes in time.

When does humble send you keys for other games? On release. When do you get a key for any non early access game from the company you purchase said game from? On release.

I don't understand why this is confusing. Think of early access as a pre-order bonus code. that is seperate from the game code. Thats all it is. Actually, this is exactly what it is. Early access is just a bonus for pre-ordering, along with the other pre-order bonuses.

Unless i suddenly cant read, we get our boxes the week early access starts the codes are included with them, and the early access codes are valid till the 23th. leaving you plenty of time to register them.
Thats how it was with heavensward too.
For digital downloads i dont know, but you'll have plenty of time, 3 days should be plenty of time if they only mail them the 20th.

AFAIK, with steam, it is a pre-purchase, not a pre-order.

And even then, you still have to follow Steams refund policy.

It lists as both pre-purchase AND pre-order so yes it is both. However, not certain if steam would refund my purchase considering I've got quadruple digit time played.

You will get your key when the game releases... as for angry customers... it was the same way last time and there was no flood of angry customers.

Got an email that they're going to charge pre orders for purchase on 09June. Probably shortly after that.

PSN is different since they charged us the full amount for the SB add on. So no codes for me I guess. Just having it unlock at 16th I think

Well unless person ordered from SE there no point contacting SE about it as they not your retailer. If you ordered from Amazon, Steam, Best Buy where ever it might be from then person would have to contact that company about their codes being all angry and giving SE a hard time over phone/chat isn't going to help you as they didn't sell you the product. Now even if it bought from SE store then they still have their own support department from the actual game support. So please don't call up or chat for game support and be all angry about how you haven't gotten your SB key.
