I've been going around necroing threads lately... new title maybe?

Using the stage as a giant display stand is pretty efficient, just throw some grass or flowers to make it look more lively:





The sabotender from the recent event fit surprising well on the orchestrion unit:

As always, I'm here to share yet another small idea to hide necessities x)
I always find it annoying that I need them, but they visually might not fit in or I don't have room for them or anything.
Sure, they can be hidden in a wall or planter, but then you have NPCS spawning in walls or interact with a flowerpot to see your own diary..and that's just plain weird.

So, newest addition on the left:



Glade Bookshelf + The Unending Journey. Interaction looks natural
Beside it is Glade Bookshelf + Glade Sideboard which only differs by the color of it's handles.

Does anyone know how to do the fireplace plant thing? Mine keeps sinking into the chimney! And even with a shelf there, it's not going where it should be and purples out.

It sounds like you're placing it close enough to a wall surface that it sticks. In the picture there's enough room between the wall planter and a stickable surface that it stays put, but a little closer and it would probably snap to the wall. You'll have to play with how far out the fireplace is and the plant placement until it stays where it should.

Something neat I ran into by chance is that towel hangers seem to work rather well as improvised 'curtains'. You can see picture frames as faux windows too, but that one's probably old news to most of you.
