That picture made me remember the revolutionary AI improvements present in the last HW MSQ duty, where the AI actually avoids a heavily telegraphed AoE.
I wonder if they'll keep doing that in the Stormblood MSQ.

I hope so. That is something that has always annoyed me... especially in duties where if a certain PC dies then the duty fails. STOP STANDING IN GARBAGE AND YOU WON'T DIE! grr. lol.

man a vaguely entertaining Skyrior post. impressive.
Oh god, after that one post he made here
I thought I give this thread a read (I just passed over it cuz Skyrior thread.) After reading this post though I learned he knew healers well so I thought I see what this thread was about. Very good laugh for anyone that is annoyed with that one person ;pThere's so many things wrong here that I don't know where to begin... Please just cease writing because you clearly do not know how to play WHM properly.
Did you just contradict yourself?
Clearly shows you've never done a big pull properly because out of the three healers WHM handles this the best with instant and short CD asylum, in-cleric Benediction, potent Divine Seal regen, and Holy stunning. Ironically ASTs are the ones with the most problem with big pulls because Gravity doesn't stun and Time Dilation and Collective Unconscious (for the potent regen) are on a longer cooldown.
You do realize you should use Assize and Asylum on CD...? (Not so for raids if you need to save them for specific mechanics) And since when is using Regen a "jerk" behavior on trash pulls?
Have you ever been in one such party before...????
Try doing that in A12S... Hell just try it in A9S with an average party and see if you can clear if your cohealer will not put in extra work to cover your shortfall.
Even in Baelsar's Wall, which is NOT AT ALL savage content you should be using regens on the DPS for the prey markers or divine seal Medica II. You do not use Cure/Cure II.
The rest of your post is rubbish.
If raid content is designed around requiring healer DPS (as in early Gordias prog), and even for non-savage content you can NOT clear if you only cast Cure I and Cure II then clearly it is not intended for WHMs to spam Cure I and Cure II.
If you want to comment further at least finish the HW storyline.
lul so that is what it was from, funny, this was a good one ;pThe sad thing is, this is basically a copy of an actual post that seemed to be seriously written (and similar arguments from the same poster) - and the original one even received likes. >.>
Really? it is even quoted in that post:
The rest of your response... is little more than a rant. You continue to presume healers must constantly heal yet oddly contradict yourself by acknowledging most 8-man content doesn't need two healers.
....
You can bury your head in the sand all you fancy but if the tank and DPS have 300+ abilities cast and you only have 50. Well, who's carrying whom?

I never thought I would see the day I'd like a Skyrior thread.
You forgot to add healers who dps are lazy because they dont have time to run their laps and do their jumping jacks to maintain their physique.
You are wrong, totally wrong.Am i wrong or is this post an exact copy of the one inside the "We are all DD's now"-topic?
Anyways, its not really helpfull to reopen a new topic when the old one just died down, nor to reuse the same arguements 10 times over.
Also, a whole lot of what you write is full of speculation and just your interpretation.
(and yes, i replied as if his post was meant to be serious. I know its not, but hey, let's try)

Healers should ONLY dps when solo. So the solution is simple. Let your party wipe, so that you can ham on DPS.
