I wanted to create this posting as a advisory to all those that are planning to level up during Early Access before and After the official release of Stormblood.

I have trouble understanding what you mean here, especially since Early Access bonus items will only be distributed after the official release.

I do not understand what this thread is even about. I thought those exp bonus gear only relate to main job level not what you sync to, like the novice bonus. Also I do not get the point, monster grinding is the slowest way to get exp in this game, it is not ffxi

When level sync'ed in a dungeon, the effect applies to the mobs xp.

Ok, let me let you read this again, "the information here is for those that can use BEFORE OR AFTER early access!" See the part it says before and after! You can still use the data on farming Lvl 50 Dungeons DURING Early Access then you can still use the data and the bonus items AFTER early access. I do not know how to make that simpler for ya......
