I don't care what is called tbh still an action BUT I would probably call it:
Disaster

It puts both Bio 2 and Miasma 1 on the target. 2+1=3
After they get upgraded, they are both 3.

This would really let me bond with my character. He would have a skill called bi disaster, I am a bi disaster. Synergy.
"Hello, I'm auditioning for the role of Ser Aymeric de Borel, and I'll be singing Electric Chapel by Lady Gaga"

IS YOUR SIGN A JOJO REFERENCE
Just call it "Disaster" so that when SMN loses another DoT in 5.0, they don't have to change the name again.

Well originally it was just an AoE bind which is now tri-bind, even though there's nothing "tri" about it, I don't think they even care if the name is relevant.
Ehem... it still does three things: Applying Bio3, Miasma3 and a ruin buff for you.
People can't count. Or where is the definition that it has to be 3 DoTs?

I kind of like that SMN is shifting slowly away from being a DoT mage to more Summon-oriented. No other itieration of Summoner in FF history relied on Miasma and Bio spells, except maybe Rydia in FF4, where Bio was a nice mid-level spell. Arcanist is an anomaly in the FF universe, but making SMN based off of a job that relies on DoT spells is strange. They'll probably remove all the DoTs from SMN in 5.0 and make it more heavily summon based, and Ruin based. As of now, SMN lost most of their AoE DoT and one DoT spell, but they're specializing in Ruin spells and bahamut Flares/Mourns, which is more appropriate IMO.
To be fair, all jobs lost their 1GCD instant DoT:
DRG: Phlebotimize
WAR: Fracture
MNK: Touch of Death
DRK: Scourge
AST: Stella
WHM: Aero
SCH/SMN: Bio 1
MCH: Leadshot
NIN: Mutilate
