I myself am staying and playing, I have fun and have people in game who are staying that I enjoy playing with. I have no problem with anyone who wants to leave, its there dime. What I do have a problem with, is all those morons posting here that are leaving and clearly try to convince everyone who reads the thread that they should quit too. If you want to leave, do so, but don't be such whinny little *****es about it.

So your saying your for all the post where everyone attepts to tell us why the game sucked, sucks now, and will always suck........ I stated the opposite of there opinion. All the OP asked was who was staying or going, not post all your whinning in attempts to convice us we should quit too.

I see 5 post in this thread in the last few pages where you accuse everyone who has a position you dislike of being a troll. You put down and insult posters in 27 different post on this thread, then want to tell anyone else who follows your example to grow up and call them a troll.

Well, I should put my two cents in, since this is my first post on the forums. I, for one, plan to stay. I have put money into this game, and honestly, I want to make the most out of it. With the story that will only be experienced during the transition, for the updates... I mean, to me, it's completely worth it. I am unemployed as well (taking commissions as an artist and editor though), but my fiance (thank goodness) has a job that would pay for it anyway. Not only that, but I want to support the team on the road to creating a better experience. For instance, if everyone decided to drop and decide to play again with 2.0 is released, then we are not getting 2.0 at all. Why should we if we are acting like spoiled? If people are happy playing with the game now, then why NOT support them in their endeavor? I do agree with cutting the price a little bit, but it doesn't matter to me in the end.

do you even think a 80% of the player base even look into the forums? i know this is first mmo i waisted even 30minutes in forums. if 1/3rd say they leaving just on hear that is probably safe to say that will be the number server wide. plus after few months numbers will just keep going down, never up. (well maybe during patches for good stuff some might come back) i'd love to stay, but not with this server population, can't stand it now ...let alone when a 3rd leave.

That might be true if the forum were a random sampling.

The forum attracts people who want to be vocal about the game, and generalizing that means more often than not those with complaints they wish to air. The poll is only applicable to forum people, and I'd say it is a pretty optimistic poll considering the number of people that actively post (but don't play) who have an extremely negative opinion of the game.

It is not "safe to say" either way, but I'd think if anything people actually playing the game stand a better chance of staying than blowhards who logged on once just so they could get forum access to rant.
