    Loss of DoT sucks, but the +5% DPS to our autoattacks, weaponskills, and abilities under Darkside sort of makes up for it.

    Reprisal is kind of better now because it's on demand instead of waiting for a parry. DRK and tank DPS will be better now because the 400-600 Parry you had before is now going to be Tenacity, which is like an extra layer of DET.

    I think people are forgetting the number of ways that having blood price gated behind grit is a nerf.

    Currently, you can main tank gritless, and pump out practically as many DASEs as you wanted thanks to having access to both blood price and weapon. After stormblood, that won't be the case. You will either have to limit your DA usage while main tanking and lower your damage, or jump into grit for blood price access, which still lowers your damage. While reprisal can be used on demand, you lose that 210 potency from the attack. It's just a mini-virus at that point.

    Since I like to do dungeons as DRK, this is also a nerf as well. I could tank pulls gritless and spam DA abyssal drain, and since I did more damage, I'd gain more HP, and still gain MP from blood weapon procs. Now that won't be the case. Your ADs will do less and heal less if you want to spam them in large pulls.

    Despite the additions like bloodspiller, DRK's damage potential is nerfed.

    Maybe they did it because a tank that wasn't tanking in tank stance was the complete opposite of the role they sould cover.

    If you want to sit in tank stance and spam power slash combos all day to "cover your role," by all means go ahead, but the reality is "should" extremely subjective when the game has been rewarding players thus far for tanking out of tank stance. Until it does otherwise, we have every right to complain about this stupid blood price nerf.

    I hope u guys dont get nerfed completly u all have it hard enough with ur MP drain. No i dont hava a Drk but my wife Is one thus u rly have alot of shit to do while tanking, u have my respect

    reading more on the skills i realized something

    The Blackest Night(TBN) is a 20%(10% for allies) max hp damage mitigation along with giving you 50 blood gauge for 2400 MP (same as DA), this thing is an offensive cool down which also works as a defensive cool down for the MT(stacks with Adloquium).

    For 2400 MP you get to 380 potency worth of damage, DA C&S is 450 on a 60 second oGCD, you can fit 4 of these every C&S, this actually even makes up for scourge missing damage(500 over 30 seconds vs 760(2 bloodspillers)).

    Delirium is also REALLY GOOD for MP management, it not only gives 2400 MP on use (enough for DA/TBN) but it also increases the duration of blood price and blood weapon(secondary source of blood gauge) which means it increases the total mp and blood gauge regen you get from those skills.

    scourge is gone but we got way more tools to compensate instead of thinking of applying a DoT perfectly(you lie if you say you never screw it)

    Delirium is not enough with its 2 minute cooldown, not even close to it.

    Darkside not eating away at MP is a pretty big buff to MP management as well. This can be looked at as a gain of nearly 4% MP every three seconds compared to how things are now. It's not exact but it is fairly close to what you'd end up seeing coming back from just Blood Weapon auto attacks. But forever.
