Asking for bard on stormblood patch..

Hello, i have questions please help me..

now bard can casting while running??or when it using skill it will stop ( but no casting ) while running?? i read on mmorpg.com it says

Bard and Machinist: Both ranged DPS classes can now move and shoot, as was the case before they get their level 52 abilities in Heavensward. It’s highly likely their DPS will drop as a result to compensate, but they are much, much more mobile now, even if they retain a couple of abilities with cast times. Both classes will retain their support abilities, but it doesn’t look like they’re tied to MP anymore.

You can play the class the same as you would without using WM/GB - they are normal skills again. No cast time, can be used while moving.

Yes, as a level four archer, you can move freely while fighting now.

There's a Level 52 ability called The Wanderer's Minuet. Using it gives you a 30% buff to damage but also makes it so your actions have a cast time that gets interrupted if you move. The upcoming change to Stormblood that's being discussed will change how this works so there will not be a reason for even level 52+ bards to need to hold still in combat.

You should park far enough away from party members that they do not get hit by AoEs targeted at you, but close enough that you are affected by all beneficial party AoEs. If you are not moving to dodge or to handle a mechanic, you should be standing still so that other party members are not forced to deal with mechanics targeted at you, in addition to the mechanics targeted at them.

Wanderer's Minuet and Gauss Barrel were a boon to the rest of the party. Casters and healers the world over will miss them.

While it's certainly nice to be able to keep shooting while dodging mechanics, so I'm glad high level bards will be getting that back, I've always sort of wondered whenever I see archers or bards who seem to just keep running in circles for no apparent reason.

Many many Bards were always all over the place and even seen some actually jump around while attacking, it has been rather funny. (Pre Hw mostly of course)

Okay, I admit, I am guilty of that.

But I always pay attention to AOEs and positioning, so no jumping around randomly in circles.
