I imagine in theory you'd have to buy 2 to get SMN and SCH leveled, but you could also just buy one then level THM/CNJ to 15 to unlock the job you didn't buy the potion for.

Don't need to level a subclass to 15 anymore to unlock the job. As an example, if you level an Arcanist to 30 in SB you'd unlock both SMN and SCH.
