    That would just raise the skill floor required to stance dance for tanks and healers. If you raise it so much that even the top raiders have to play defensively as tanks/healers, the contents will be impossible to clear for average players/raiders. It's impossible to make healers never have time to dps. If you have no time to dps at i270, then you won't clear the content at i250. If you can clear it at i250 then at i270 you'll inevitably have some downtime.
