Super disappointed in the known male healer gear designs for Stormblood

Ergh. Forgot how bad that looks. A top that kinda works as a mini-skirt, an unnecessarily large collar (seriously, look at it! it's so silly and pointless), claw hands and pants that don't even start at the waist (from how it looks). So tacky. Glad I don't main healer.

.. Is it so hard to imagine the chest flat and give the males pants instead of showing thigh? Yeah, we don't know the artist's rendition of the outfit, and SE has to design one, but I doubt SE would make one too far different from the artist's vision. I mean, we've seen it in the past:



The artist was even kind enough to split up each section like a hitbox ala monster hunter style to show which slot it should take up.

The caster looks like magical gear and fitting to the caster classes. The healer one has no identity whatsoever. I agree with the poster above it looks more suited to BRD/MCH.

Saying that I will be glamouring over it, as a lot of healer gear sucks on male roe.

Maybe I'm a weirdo for thinking this, but I get like sort of a battle nurse vibe from the outfit. I think it's because of the color scheme. I like the colors but I also hope I'll be able to dye it!

Healer Gear Checklist:

Body slot is a dress/robe/long tunic *check*
Overly embellished *check*
Dangling bits of cloth or other things that serve no purpose *check*
Looks better on females/Designed with females in mind *check*
Is some shade of predominantly white by default *check*

I think there's an interesting notable exception to the bolded: Diabolic Robe of Healing. When I first saw the teased images, I swore the healer robe was for casters. I am really in favor of some darker colored healer robes, or even some with more of a blue theme to them. (Of course, the aforementioned robe does check the other parts of the list~)
