Ich benutze ebenfalls 2x 1080 im SLI-Modus und spiele auf 3 x 4K Monitoren mit MAX Settings.
Habe immer stabile 60fps (ohne Reduktion ca. 95fps).
Hast Du eine HB SLI? Das könnt auch noch etwas rausholen...
