Healers are expected to carry dps for the vast majority...

Literally no one expects this.

Everyone knows that a healer's number one priority is to heal. In the same vein, a the responsibility of the DPS is to deal damage. If people are blaming the healers and the healers alone for not meeting a DPS check, they are mentally vacant.
