The video only demo the new skills and revamped skills so Turrets are still there just that we have no new deploy turrets for 4.0 thus why no turrets were shown.

Summoner and Scholar had their summon shown because their new skills and mechanic depends on their pets being active.

That's what I mean. You no longer have a physically deployed turret like you do now.
