Do you play alt characters, if so why?

I have multiple alts because I like playing as different races. I don't like spending money on fantasias very often.

This, pretty much. I deal with mailing items between them via my partner. He likewise, uses my characters to mail stuff to his alts.

I really really wish we could just mail our alts stuff. Could potentially work around the whole needing to pay for additional retainers thing. Guess that's why we can't :<
