Please do something about mentor roulette instant-leaves

I think the mentor system really needs to be reworked heavily. Too many mentors aren't interested in teaching anything and are only in it for bonus so I reckon taking away the crown and extras and replacing it with some other system would be an improvement. Any change to be honest to try and keep only the mentory mentors would be good.

Requirements to get mentor status:
・Complete at least one level 60 job quest as a tank, healer, and DPS.
・Complete 1,000 dungeons, raids, or trials.
・Receive 300 player commendations.

The mentor roulette includes guildhests, which have instructions on how to complete the duty at the start as well as intrusive text from an NPC throughout the duty. Does it look like mentors are meant to teach anything other than the basics?

I'd love if you had to earn a permit of sorts (single and multiple SSS targets for DPS to defeat in order to display some idea of how their job/role works, for example) but that would mean less mentors, which would mean less people to fill queues, which is the point of the roulette.

If they were actually there as part of mentor roulette (you don't know for sure) then maybe the leave option should be removed for that particular roulette, but I can see that being abused/people refusing to do whatever until kicked (but at least you could report for non-participation then).

Personally, I advocate that the penalty for leaving a duty should be equivalent to the time remaining in the duty, not just a flat thirty minutes. So, leave a dungeon at the start of the run? Ninety minute penalty. Even tanks, who might be happy to sit out for thirty minutes because they know they can requeue instantly might put a little more thought into it if they knew they were going to be locked out for an hour and a half...

They'll just disconnect. As long as you aren't dumb enough to come out and say in chat that you'll be disconnecting, chances are nothing will happen. SE goes to great lengths to not ban people.
