    Subtle nipples are subtle... unless you are Roe. None for you. (Which is interesting considering the Galka like models)
    Lalas have the lightest little pigments, but it might depends on your display.

    the subtlety's a given, as the skin pigmentation is pretty much even among most races, but then you have to really max out the graphic sliders just to see it :/
    not to mention darker complexions almost make them invisible
