From what i can find it was mentioned that accuracy would be replaced with the direct-hit substat. And the battle team mentioned heavens eye giving the replaced substat as well. I couldn't find where they said dps only, I'll look for that later. It seems like you shouldn't have to worry, but keep an eye out in any case.
