    I posted in the bug forum the first time. After the in-game support recommended that I did. It sat in the review section for like 3 days, and then moved to the accepted section, and then disappeared. So I figured that the bug forum was either not working, or they're working on it, and just ignoring me.

    So if I post again in the bug forum, it'll be a repeat. And I want to avoid doing things more than twice, as they seem not to work. Thankfully, live chat opens in 30 min, and I'll try that!

    I provided all the information for my bug. I even provided a Youtube video showing that my quest is broken. I don't know what else to add. Maybe they should actually reply to me and ask? Like I said. I don't mind dealing with people. I would be more than willing to work with them and go half way. But they have to be responsible for at least trying too.

    I'm in queue for chat support now, so hopefully it goes well.


    Edit: Lol, oh wow. I went from #4 in queue to #5. I guess you can go backwards? Average wait time is 2 min, but it's been 10. I'll still be optimistic!

    Edit: I went from 5 to 4 to 3. Now back up to 5. This queue system is wonky!

    They're extremely finicky about the bug reports. If you don't use the template (just put n/a in any field that doesn't apply) they tend to toss it.

    Ok. I talked to live chat, and they said they couldn't do in-game stuff.

    The representative was very helpful and understanding, and it was beyond wonderful to talk to a real person who could empathize with my situation. They basically said to keep on hounding in-game support until they help. So it's a battle of attrition until my sub runs out on the 28th. And if I don't get help, then I just cancel my pre-order and play Warcraft I guess.

    Short outline explaining what sort of issue you are experiencing.

    That is your first mistake, I know it sucks waiting 11 days but don't put that in a bug report title. As for the body say something along the lines I said earlier.

    OP I feel for you and I had a similar experience during launch of 2.0. My toon would 90k every time I would load into the instance to allow me to access to the airship to continue on my MSQ. I filed bug reports, posted on this forum, contacted GM, live support, everything. It was very frustrating because all of my friends who started with me continued to level up and progress and I was stuck grinding all my classes available from Gridania because I could not progress at all. I think it took about 2 weeks with a patch (which fixed this bug) and all that time I didn't get a response, just the patch came out and I tried to enter again and no more 90k. Hang in there!

    Sorry for your issue. SE has been reported for poor NA customer service since play station one. They have poor customer service ratings on many websites. It simply doesn't matter. I do find it weird that a GM has never sent you a tell though. Not sure what GM's can and can't do for in game issues. But I have always gotten a response.

    As people mention WoW vanilla had a couple quests that a GM could not fix. They had still not fixed them when BC came out. They just gave me a dungeon drop that was better. Oh that reminds me (literally just popped into my head). The WoW quest would unbug for some people if you were the first person to click on the NPC after maintenance. Not sure if that applies.
