4.0 Housing

After added space, this is 100% what I'm most excited about for the new housing.

Preferably a larger green tree that fills up the same amount of space as a Maple and Cherry, not just a tiny Shroud tree or an Ironwood; the latter has no lower cover.

Hard to get excited over potential new trees without an expansion on the woefully low outdoor placement allotments...
