I've made 4 in-game tickets, and every time I got a copy/paste response to contact customer service through email or on the forums. And then they just ignore me. The in-game customer service is absolute fucking shit. 4 fucking tickets. Ugh. I hate being so pissed off. It's just a game, but why can't they just fix my quest? This is the worst service I've ever experienced... I'm seriously considering cancelling my pre-order and I've never done anything like that. I'm usually a good stay-in-the-lines type person. This isn't my fault.

If this was a real-life store I would have talked to a real person on day one and handled everything super-polite like, but what the fuck are you suppose to do when being polite doesn't work?
