Everyone really hates me for not be the best player

Well FFXIV community really hates me now when i said that i have mana management issue as DRK and i don't do dps all the time as SCH.

When i said no matter how hard i try and how many times i read or watch guides, i just can't able be best player by doing rotations perfectly and using every skill effectively.

And after i said that i can't even beat Alexander - The Cuff of the Son when i always cause wipe they started hate me even more....

You're awesome my man! Don't let "the obsessives" drag you down and play the game how you want with who you want! <3 Some people just care too much if there digital avatar dies! I'd run randoms with you anytime you want on my tank and I'll go all the way to the 50 min timer if that's what it takes to get it down.

Well they definitely have a "woe is me" attitude, but there is a possibility they aren't a troll. I think MomomiMomi might be correct in his/her speculation, but only a professional can make a diagnosis.

Ok I been trying to think of something because I legitimately want you have a better time in the game (assuming you do, as others pointed out you might be doing this to troll) Just in case if you aren't I need to advice you how talk to people. Get a friend or 2 (preferably a healer that you know is skilled) and just have them walk you though it. If you are on dps, you alone can't wipe Alexander - The Cuff of the Son. You have to remember there is 7 other people in your group.

there was a thread way back, something about people not letting them find silver chests and had no other way getting 235 weapon. I advised them just get the pvp one, it can be done as little as 2 dailies of frontline but said they wouldn't PvP cuz they hate it. This is a strange viewpoint since it is only 2 runs to help them thought the gates in PvE.

Then they talk about how they can't get a12N because they keep causing wipes so i try to advice make a pf and find people that know what they are doing. I just do not understand how someone has so much trouble as I got though it all as alt recently. (5 months ago)

Do you have many friends in the game? Easier said than done if you don't, but maybe try to do content with friends who are understanding of your skill level.

Unfortunately you're on a different data center or else I'd offer to join you on something, if you wanted.

Anyway, try to take things easy. There's no need to rush.

You are not listening to me. People can pass that as 7/8 (meaning you make no difference) quite easily. That is why I said get a friend or two that you can trust to guide you.

Not the first post and it's always the same. Now I know I am not going to win a muffin with that one, but if you think that you're so bad (I can't say you're or you're not, never played with you), why not try to improve? Reading guides or watching some videos only are not going to help,especially if it's the wrong ones, there is much more to that, and if someone really wants to improve there should be a bit more effort then running to the forums, saying I am so bad and I quit and now report me yada yada.

Take a look at your hot bars (clean them up, if it's unorganized and messy)
Are you pushing buttons or are you clicking? (if clicking change that)

Pick a job you like
look up job guides, so you understand why specific skills are used the way they are
look up standard rotation (start with the basics)
go to the dummy anywhere and practice (2+hrs)
look at your numbers
compare the rotations, take a closer look at the mistakes you've made
repeat rotation, this time without looking at your buttons, try to memorize it
feeling comfortable?

aight continue here,
look up the end game rotations
compare it with your rotation prior and figure out why it changed (by now you should know the job you're playing and what the skills are doing)
again practice on a dummy for a while
change the rotation to your own game play if you have too

After you're done with that, pick a dungeon (maybe not the new ones unless you're 100% certain that you know all mechanics in that dungeon with your eyes closed)
run these dungeons multiple times
compare your numbers at the end of every run

If you're not familiar with dungeons/trials/raids, watch the basic guides on youtube, try again.
Rinse and repeat till you're comfortable with a) your job and b) the rotation and c) the instance you're queue'ing up for. Pick next trial/dungeon/raid and continue.

If you do that for a couple of days/weeks, you will see how much of improvement you can accomplish, if you're taking it serious. If not well then I don't think anybody (forum/in game) is able to help you out. sry.

*there's still more to it, however i think that would be a good start.

Actually, I have more to say....

If you honestly think that you're never going to improve no matter how hard you try, just leave the game alone.

Constantly belittling yourself and having this 'woe is me' attitude is not going to get you anywhere. If you carefully look at some of the responses, some were trying to encourage/help you (EX: LunaFaye's post above me), but you immediately ignore them by saying, "I will never be as good as the others no matter how hard I try..." or "you guys hate me" or "report me so I can be banned permanently" I'm sorry, but that kind of self-esteem won't help you improve, it's only going to keep you stuck.

If you really want to be good like the others then get a grip, stop whining, and TRY HARDER. Improving doesn't happen overnight, it takes A LOT of time and you gotta be patient to sharpen your skills. And maybe if you stop having this pity party, others may step up and help you... if you ask for it.

The choice is yours...
