Everyone knows that Lalafell are Hydaelyn's chosen people, so I think it's only fitting that we get our own sub-forum. I mean, we're the literal backbone of Eorzea if you think about it.

I feel these descriptions are meant more for shock value and fun jabs than any official origin story. The lore book goes into detail about the races, it wouldn't have just completely ignored this.

Plus, that'd be a really lame origin for a race.
