Since this person clearly did not understand op's question, not there is no real way to "track" your personal contributions aside from checking the grand total after you run something.
There's no real need to keep track imo dungeons, quests , roulettes, just about anything will add points to the grand total. As long as you are playing the game you're more than likely contributing a decent amount.
