    You can't post the imgur link in the "insert image" box, because it's to the imgur page itself, not a direct link to the image.

    -http://imgur.com/lKceqPR- <- does not work

    You gotta right click the image on that page and click "open in new tab", and in the case of this gif, imgur is treating it like a video, so when you get there it will be in video format, and the link will look like this

    -http://i.imgur.com/lKceqPR.gifv-

    And to make it a gif instead of a video, you only need to erase the "v" at the end.

    This is not exactly the same with all gifs, but you should be able to figure it out from here on out. With some/most gifs, you should be able to just click "copy image address" and paste it in

    edit: these forums apparently auto-hotlink any link you put down, which made my post way more confusing.
