Tbf Foresight is actually pretty good on mostly physical trash, obviously it's a bad idea to just use it on it's own if you can help it but it still takes off a good chunk of incoming damage on big pulls.

When I see "lol @ (insert weaker cooldown here)" what I read in my head is "I never use cooldowns except for every 90 seconds when rampart is up, or if i have 10 HP left maybe I'll hit Sentinel. I'm so funny my jokes are good".

Foresight and Bloodbath have their place and if you aren't popping them while tanking the specified type of damage (physical, etc.) and all of your bigger stuff is on CD or being saved for a future big hit, you're fundamentally tanking wrong.
