may i ask where you got this concept art from? Ive never seen it shown around anywhere else and I'm wondering if theres
any more of these available as of now?

This is a prime example how they bothered to make an effort to make a somewhat different looking gear set with the same theme for each gender, so I'm
assuming that at least some classes like BRD and AST could have a similar faith with the other gender having a somewhat significant difference in design.
And so far, we have only seen fem BRD AF gear and male AST AF gear.

I'm not sure if its Intentional or Accidental, but you'll notice that the BLM and SCH, and to a degree WHM (first set not second), relic armors looks best on Lalafells. I think its because the aethetics they are going for become "stretched out" on the taller races. And ironically those jobs are from primarily Lalafellian nations, Mhach and Nym. I can't say I was "crazy" about either set, but they look decent on me, but when i saw it on other races it was too much. I actually combined the two sets, body from the first(2nd one) and the culottes from the second and with a decent pair of gloves and shoes, well lets just say I make a pretty hot Velma, lol.

I have to agree. The outfit does look better on Lalas, and perhaps any who are short in stature as it looks pretty good on Surito Carito as well, who coincidently was also a Lala before turning into a Tonberry. I think it will be the same with this AF3 as well. The first time I saw the concept art, it was pictured on a Lala, and when compared to the midlander in the recent trailer, the popoto pulls it off far better.

Hoping to get something similar to the coat I posted in a future patch or expansion.

Either way, from what I CAN see of it from the benchmark and all, I'm kinda disappointed. AST's original AF gear was sp pretty I had really high standards. D:

As someone who mains WHM and SMN, I'm very happy, and also relieved that both WHM and PLD have shed their respective nun/ walking-fortress armour themes. I like most of them tbh, it's going to be hard choosing!
