Thread: 4.0 Job them Armor sets

I like them in general.

Don't have any strong feelings towards BLM or DRG. BLM looks much nicer than its previous ones at least, while DRG seems a logical evolution; not entirely sure if I consider that good or bad though.
SCH I don't have any interest in. SMN looks pretty similar to its 3.0 AF Set, which I did like, but something a bit different might've been better?
DRK looks pretty cool, not sure if I like it more than the Chaos set though. PLD has a simple aesthetic, but looks loaded with detail, and looks very stylish overall. WAR is definitely my favorite of the Tanks though. The brief glimpse we get of it looks really, really cool.
AST and WHM both look pretty, with AST having a less ostentatious design compared to 3.0, while continuing its kind of "Dancer" aesthetic, which I really like.
MNK doesn't do much for me, though I await to see it on a female avatar, while NIN I'm really enjoying the look of.
BRD looks very stylish as well it should, while MCH looks... really bland imo. Worst of the bunch.
RDM and SAM both look suitably nice for their first outings.

Ast looks like something straight out of FFXII

I do not like how the Samurai gear looks on me at all. A number of people can sport it nicely, but I cannot.

I feel like the BLM set is the closest I'll ever get to becoming Vivi. I don't mind most of the sets. I really don't care for the healing ones though.

I'm not particularly taken with the new armours. I like the monk one well enough but sad about the lack of tattoos on the female version
I really don't like the new WHM one, but I really liked the WHM for both ARR and HW so maybe that places me in the minority? I tend to prefer practical to princess.

to judge some of them i have to see those on male/non-lala chars.

drk and pld look nice (except the weapons, tha pld shield...), mnk is also nice, sam and rdm as they have no previous sets. nin could be good. (didn't they say yugiri is wearing nin af? maybe she is gonna switch to the new one)

sch, smn (this one especially), whm, war seem to similar to what they already have. blm too, but imo still better (3.0 af was terrible)

drg and brd are ok. mch is just random sky pirate gear.

ast kinda stands out as it looks really different this time
