There's already an option to turn off signatures. Go to Settings at the top then General Settings and uncheck "Show Signatures".

(he is a she - and I have infact turned of signatures now to prevent getting massive headaches. But you basically got my point there, yes - OP likes their signature while I, sadly, can not stand it. In the end both OP and I got options to turn off whats bothering us - even though for me that means I cant see any signatures anymore to leave OP their fun...)
