    You need to be level 25 (and have the forum recognize that your character is 25+, which adds a bit of delay until its next update of character data) in order to create a new thread anywhere other than here or the technical support / bug reports forums.

    Anyway, good luck Hobes. (I'm on PS4 too, but also on different servers, and with several alts already, I don't think I can start a new one on Jenova without my attention being too scattered between them to progress any.)
