Then you won't see anyone at town and new players will complain how ghostly this game is, I believe adveturer's guild was made to be a hub for everyone that wants to do leves.

I'd rather have people in the world and having fun instead of the tedium that it is to run back and forth between camp and picking up more leves.
A good compromise would be to have it so that the leve counter is the only place where you can do a history evaluation or pick up different leves, while from the camp you can only repeat the ones that are already in your journal. Or to have a one-way teleport from the leve counter to the camp, or from the camp to town.
Good alternatives, I like it. I know we have a set amount of 99 leve's. Let's say they have 99 leve's on 8 accounts. They just keep doing the leve's over and over with an average of 8k- that's 792k per account. I know 99 leve's is gonna take a good amount of time, but if they have a higher level just killing the easy leve's out. Then it's a repeatable session of the same leve's over and over for the gil.I'd rather have people in the world and having fun instead of the tedium that it is to run back and forth between camp and picking up more leves.
