i preorder the game on my ps4 on the psn it still buy and i didt get the code in march for early access. but in my history on the mog station website i pay for the game i am just getting worry

Please look at previous pages if you ordered through the psn then everything is already taken care of. PSN flags your account for early access so when the game patches for early access all you'll do is download the patch and keep on playing

I have the digital collectors on pre-order, however I've changed my mind since and wish to cancel the digital and pre-order the physical collectors edition. However I've already redeemed the early access code. Can I still cancel digital at this point? (Square Enix store - PC)

I don't think that's been addressed, but only sure way to know is to contact the SE store. I know when bought from them in the past, it was clearly stated once I saw a code, no refunds were possible.

You don't get any of the pre order bonuses until early access or until the SB goes live for everyone.

In case anyone else was curious, SE had no issue cancelling my digital so I could pre-order physical even though I had redeemed the pre-order code already.
