I feel like we need to petition SE to give yoshi a bigger team. A lot of their problems in development seem to stem from just not having enough raw manpower.

IIRC, the actual XIV TEAM is a fairly decent size, it's just that they struggle to find Japanese-speaking staff for battle content specifically. Art team positions and general management/supervisory positions seem to be filled fairly quickly, it's just that actual battle content designers seem to be scarce in Japan.
