Guys pvp was broken is broken an is gonna be broken, this game has the worst pvp I ever seen.
Not even the new expansion will fix it.
I just feel when they build this game pvp was totally out of their head.

There are enough games out there who advertise with pvp and its way worse than this pvp here.

Given that Yoshi is intending to join the eSports movement with FFXIV PVP we, as a community, need to ensure that we are vocal enough to get concerns listened to, & hopefully, changed made for the better.

We don't have the worst PvP (can't help but think how much better it would be if it was more fighter/action based than standard MMORPG though); the frustration is it has so much potential and none of it is capitalised on.

i think there too much comeback mecanics, it make the mode stressfull because you need the advantage and get hell to protect your advantage to be able to win.
And also the matchmaking make often match not balanced.
About the toxicity and the frustration keep in mind players have to play almost all a season exept maybe for exellent players able to carry a lot. 99/100 reason to get mad sometimes.

This game punishes you for taking the lead early, it's a main gripe. Because you only have two options, kill the game then and there or risk suddenly losing at the end or in a single CT.

All these alts are bad for the feast, top 100 is usually top 50 players with their dozen or so alts, I mean, give other players a chance, gosh you pvpers are greedy bastards. I would not be surprised if I had a game where one person somehow was controlling his/her main and the others party members are his/her alts, playing on 4 different monitors with 4 keyboards and mouse. Show some love to those who are trying to get in top 100.
