How are you prepping for Samurai/Redmage?

I'm willing to spend longer getting to 60 for the sake of my sanity. PotD is okay but I can only take 20-30 floors before I get bored as hell. Even fate/leve spam is more interesting to me. Plus I can do these things while queued for dungeons which will give me a better feel for the classes.

Plus I'm not really going out of my way to farm Ironworks, I'm just doing 50 roulette 5ish days a week and I've actually already got a full i120 striking set and most of the upgrade items (plus the items for the ironworks weapon) so finishing that and getting a casting set before SB should be a cinch.

Yeah I learned that today after realizing when failing you don't get squat for exp so I just went back to duty finder grinding and logging off for the night instead and I get to do things that I need to get done while waiting for the queue to pop.
