    They've still not fixed it?

    One of the things I remember I used to do was sending a ticket asking them to white list my credit card or something like that and then waiting two days before trying again. I'm sure you can find more info on that thread, it's been a looong time since I stopped using CC just to avoid that error.

    The best after you get error, is just update the payment method with the card you want use, filling the correct details as expiry date and control code, and retry the day after. Multiple attempts to use same card, or multiple cards in same location, will result in a lock even if card is valid, and this happens even if you purchasing shoes at the store, not just by the Mog station.

    Read more into that thread. I read about 20 pages in where people had used there cards at other online retailers with no issues, then try to use that valid card, with valid info, and still were declined. One person even used paypal and had the transaction cancelled. That person called paypal and paypal said the card worked fine, but some other company came and canceled the transaction a few seconds later.

    You really can't believe each and every person in the thread all had incorrect info or invalid cards do you?

    Hope not the case! It is likely the info provided are correct, but the payment system sending them wrong.

    The bad thing of this is, at each every denial, an alert may be triggered and the risk of the bank start refusing all and any transaction from the card is high. This is the reason I've suggested to wait a day after unsuccessful attempt, because an error at system level is surely noticed (unless SE is used to get zero transactions for full hours) and it is likely get fixed within a day.

    Yeah the wait time is nuts. 24 hr lock for 2-3 tries, then a day or longer for each try after that, if they try to use it before the lock is up.

    When I started playing back in September, I spent a few days on trial, then bought ARR with no issues from the the SE store. Two days later I bought Heavensward. Again, no issues. Then I go to register HW and set up a subscription, again valid card that I used 2 times on the SE store, only to be met by a single constant error for mog station. Go down to my bank to see whats up. No issues with the card at all. I call support and they said it was my computer causing the issues. I laughed the first time, then it got old real quick the next two times. This is the same card and computer that I had 0 issues with when buying from the SE store.

    I still have no clue what caused that error, but it finally let me register the game and set up a sub a week later. Mog station, to this day has a bunch of stuff that needs to be fixed and SE support needs to actually provide support. Any other MMO where I ran into a card issue like that, I just called up WoW or EQ support and they manually did the charge from their end and fixed the issue. Here, you basically get told to sod off and that it's the players fault.
