Allow Alts to have access in Personal Housing

You're on Balmung so you should know the futility of that question lol, end game for so many players is glamour, and with all the RP is pretty much a better looking Sim lol. Housing has the potential to be another glamour outlet (for those who have, may already be such), which would be much stronger if everyone could take part and allowed for greater customization (the double space capacity in 4.0 will help that obviously). Partly why I believe a WS system would do much better, since its been shown glamour is such a strong interest to the community - the creativity would be much stronger there (for player and SE). It is definitely not just Balmung asking all the glamour questions.

Also houses have the opportunity to be a really great group project for FC, if they were able to add more pertinent structures and facilities to their lots and interiors; however, there is significant issue preventing that now and that is not every FC can get a house which basically means houseless FC would be near trash, and in some people's eyes are already that way (unfortunately). If they didn't have a housing issue it we might more readily see interesting projects revolve around the FC (and differing types rather than "vehicle stuck in a side room, like airship, submarine, walker"), and make it less about glamour for both players and FC (adds another form of possible progression, and can also greatly help the market circulate). The restriction imo is leading to a lot of diminished results, not only people who want it (FC and player) but also in what SE could offer in the system because they have to assume their system doesn't meet demands and doing anything that literally locked others out would be silly (so you have to design around the issue, which limits the creativity and possibilities).

Although I just wanted to make sure you knew what I meant about the FC house thing, I wasn't telling you to get an alternate lol I was saying if I wanted to not lose my current house and assure I could get a new house (or at least not lose one) I wouldn't drop my house to the market and then buy it up again, losing many items, so I could then buy another house in the expansion area (as OP was sort of detailing). Instead I'd keep my current house and then buy a new house on an alt under FC ownership, so long as you have friends to help with some of the goofiness you could use it for all of its features and for your alts/main. Less wasted resources with the stipulation of friends lol.

An interesting result of allowing a player to share a house with ALTs and give them extra rooms would be you could have 8 rooms all with max planting pots. Not really that crazy but is a thing, also depending on what SE adds in the future may cause other issues to be designed around.

No I understand perfectly. I'm one of the few players that really doesn't have problem with housing. I've helped a few people get them and it's all about how you approach it. Personally I will have my alternate take over as master of my FC being it's already build Rank 8 Maxed out to current.Start an new one once the new area is unlocked. I could really care less about the decorations and such mainly in it for the airships. Build it up to Rank 8 and perhaps use at as an expansion to my FC. or sell it later on. Housing is a small matter to me anyways and while people enjoy decorating I rather use it for Farming and extra storage space. NOT every FC is homeless and if they really wanted to they could get a home for the right price or perhaps speak with someone who doesn't really use it and join their FC as a merge/ takeover. For Example; I'm mainly a one man FC I hated to be used and recently opened my doors to people. They are welcome to use the facilities and airships as they wish while they find their own as long as they keep it drama free. I've done the work so they can't say oh you used us for your gain. Not at all. In Some cases They've asked me for help finding a place. I mostly talk and ask people I meet if they would sell it. It works. So it's not futile it's more people are lazy and don't step back and look at the bigger picture. Yes I will not deny there is a housing problem, that is more of over population and people expecting to be rewarded rather than putting in the hard work and searching. Now if people don't trust others that is a different story. When you think about it, What do FC members really look for in housing? A place to hang out? Garden? Build and sell stuff? Diadem? FC bonus actions? or just to say hey I got a big place. Every FC is different, for me..I was bored and tired of being used by FC's that were greedy. Even now my FC is way better than what they currently have.Sad but true. Sucks to pick on the guy with ideas and strategies.
