I'd go with [item=8080324]Mahogany Pattens[/item] over [item=8080524]Peisteskin Crakows (Red)[/item] or any of the Peisteskin Crackows, just because since the crackows are below level 41, you can only slot tier I and II materia into them, whereas the Pattens can be slotted with all tiers. It's a matter of preference though.

yeah, i'm the same way i am stuck with the mahogany pattens myself. i thought these crafting changes were supposed to make coloring gear easier. now you not only have another synth to dye it, but it changes your stats and class that can use it. funny to see you forget how to use a felt halfglove when you change from doh to dow if it's the wrong color.
