Please stop mansplaining my own country's laws to me and provide a citation for the anecdote you reference, because nothing I have ever seen on the topic of the 7-Eleven promotion in Japan has said anything other than that it was a commercial deal which was being rolled out, not a contest. The Mog Station and S-E store options already exist for people in these other countries, as is clear from the fact that people living there can buy from the Mog Station and take part in time-limited sales and offers there. S-E Europe simply dropped the ball. Hard.
