Well as you saw that you had to wipe at 51+ to get the 1-50, you need to wipe at 101+ to get the 1-100.

It's supposedly not a bug, because several users reported this when the achievement first came out a few months ago, and I'm fairly certain they all got moved to "Working as Intended".
