I think who main a DPS will not likely run a tank or healer, and if any one-time reward for it, they will just to reap the reward and return to dps thereafter.

Well, the main purpose of the suggestion in this thread in particular seems to be to simply not give tank/heal players a reason to queue as DPS instead.

As it stands, if you main a Tank and want to level a DPS, you have to switch to that DPS and clog up the queue. With the suggestion of the OP, you'd queue as tank instead, because you don't need to switch to DPS and you don't mind tanking in the first place, so why not?
