He quoted himself because it saved him repeating his statement, people do it on the forums all the time. The fact that you didn't even acknowledge it and decided to nitpick on the way he writes posts only proves his point (LOL)

This thread in a nutshell:

Person B: *posts picture of Viera* "I think Viera should look like this when they implement it"

It would be rather ridiculous to make a second thread on the subject just to voice dissent and I don't know of a single forum where the people who administrate it actually consider that a good decision. If you don't like the opinion my on-topic post expresses, you're free to simply not reply, which will in turn give me nothing to reply to and thus no further cause to post here.

That was sarcasm based on the fact that any form of discussion falls on deaf ears because people are adamant that they can force Viera into the game if they scream loud enough to drown out the people who don't want it. (see above)

Makes adding a new race pointless (when you take away everything unique about them) when they could make a third clan with a physique similar to Viera... Miqo'te or Elezen being perfect contenders.

Miqo'te because they have animal ears and a tail. Elezen because Viera are pretty much elves.

I've engaged with people who are concerned with how viera may be implemented. I've even engaged with you, although I disagree with your points. There are other users in this thread that also disagree with some of your points, and they've expressed that. I don't think you've characterized this thread accurately or fairly. For people who want another race instead: there's literally an anti-viera thread that already exists where you can post the race you want. If you want another race, there's other existing threads, like the anti thread, for that. Or you can make your own.

The problem I have with the other viera thread that is currently up at the moment is that, in the original post, the user wants a different kind of viera that does not really follow the concept art. I want one that is similar to the concept art.

Since we know by now, SE will never make a race without human hands/feets/legs, they will never look like the concept arts. This thread no longer hold its original concept since it will never happen.
So we should all move back to the other threads where you can discuss about a more possible Viera instead of holding on to this lost cause of concepts that will never happen.

It's not really much of a discussion if you show them the door and tell them to voice their opinion in another place.

But they all still wanted the Viera in the game. And most of those wanted a tall slim (normal?) Viera, which was very similar to atleast 1 of the concepts.
More than that I can't really remember. Been a long time since those threads were around now.

Anyway, I think that you may have implied that anything that might start a discussion is frowned upon by me, and that's simply not true. "Hyur with bunny ears", "expansion of customization", and "I want another race" are things I have already addressed. You have already said you do not take issue with any of those statements.

Why do people have such a hard time to notice when something is sarcastic or not? =(
But to be fair, there are plenty of times when you showed them the door to go elsewhere with their opinion.
Hence where the sarcastic attitude originated from.
