It's the crafted Arachne Set, IIRC.

To advance the job quests you need the hw expansion along with having access to there. Regardless I am not sure what set you are talking about

there is the artifact 50 and 90 sets, both you get by time you clear the quests to 50, then at 60 there is a set bought with centurio seals.

well since you are talking to a new player, I would explain there are 4 master books and when you say "4- star master book" they may get confused since there is technically 2 different books that grants "4 star stuff"

I think it is under the second book, i am not sure, if you go out and trying to ask for help. the first 2 books are level 50 stuff while the 3rd and 4th book are 60 stuff. Also note, least on my sever, due to that stuff being failed retainer ventures for dyes, they tend to be cheaper to sell as is then to buy the materials to have it crafted.

Note that the Arachne set bandanas come with visors that can't be removed, unfortunately. (A big pet peeve of mine!)

The jacket Jacke wears is a unique coloration of the "Holy Rainbow Shirt" (And previously Shirt of the Divine Hero) that's available to all jobs - Unfortunately, the coloration can't be obtained.

And while we're at it: The weapons they use are regular steel baselards, while Jacke uses the darklight baselards.
