    1. Are there any plans to add chat channels such as Global, Trade, Looking for Party, Looking for Linkshell, etc?

    2. Are there any plans to add emotes/motions to idle animations? The lack of them make people look like statues.

    3. Delivery system was on the roadmap but it was never stated when we can expect it. I am concerned it's not high enough priority. With Square wanting to charge soon, delivery is one of the major features that would make or break that decision for me. Are there plans to implement delivery either before, or very soon after you begin charging?

    I would like to know if the New Game Engine is going to take advantage of pixel shaders in DX11!

    Don't get me wrong they have wonderful work with DX9. Was very impressed that they did so much with such old graphics technology! But, c'mon even the PS3 can use DX10 tech lol

    They could probably make the game look even better with the pixel shaders! DX9 was pre- pixel shaders. This is probably why Eorzea 2.0 looked so much better, but I would like a confirmation on what the new NGE is really going to entail.

    Definately glad to hear that the engine will be more scalable for PC users. Just for giggles they should have a PS3 graphics setting on the PC version. To gauge whether your PC is more powerful than a PS3! lulz

    I know you PC guys are going it's easy to outmatch a PS3. Ya well, not after you subtract how much the background processes and your OS takes up on your CPU and RAM! If that could be considered, what's left for the game to actually use on the PC and then compare that to a PS3. Then some of you might be surprised! lol

    Don't get me wrong I love my multi tasking abilities. But in some respects it's a plauge unless you have a PC so overpowered to play the game that it just doesn't matter.

    A question for the lore folks:

    What happened to the Ascian? It showed up in one cutscene for Toll of the Warden and in that cut scene it was made out to be some huge important thing then vanished never to be mention again.

    Sin was bigger and you still fought it in FFX. On a boat, on an airship, etc.

    Also, the original lore is not being removed!!! Hhaha, that would be there biggest mistake ever.

    Will the new engines be able to handle displaying more characters at once, and deal better with crowding?

    Presently, one of the most annoying flaws (in my opinion, at least) is the fact that when things get crowded, the game engine just throws up its hands and stops rendering people, and you have to go jump all sorts of hoops to see one of the people it arbitrarily marked for invisibility.

    Thats basically the feature they have touted about the most. We don't need to hear it again LIVE. Yes, the new engine is specifically designed for active gameplay with multiple characters and effects on screen.

    You're actually already crossing zone lines - the chat server is -already- completely seperate from the zone servers. Ask people to spam you with stuff sometime while you're anima teleporting or taking an elevator or something. It took me a really long time to get used to chat buffers not getting trashed while you're zoning but this has been in XIV all along.

    A question, although not really important enough for the LIVE session, and kind of in line with Reinheart's questions - are you ever going to use Parley for anything else? I actually think it's a really fun minigame and I'd love reasons to use it more often.
