So rather than call out dps for not doing their jobs, we will continue to make the problem worse by just getting mad at healers who don't dps. Gotcha.

We /can't/ call out bad DPS without getting reported is the issue. The only way to PROVE which DPS isn't doing their job is through parsers in large groups, but we can't do that, so go figure. This isn't about not calling out bad DPS, this talking about healer playstyles. Again, a healer that doesn't maximise their role is objectively not as good as other healers, simple as that.
