Healers that don't want to DPS are like DPSes who refuse to move out of AoEs.

Because rather than seeing a healer as a functional part of the group, they are perceived as a burden to be carried along for those rare moments the heroic tank and valiant dps actually get into trouble they cannot burst down before they have to engage their brains to do complicated stuff like "fight mechanics"

I think maybe you should stick to single player games. Calling out around 4/5 of the population, and basically calling them idiots, is not exactly the attitude to have in a game that takes cooperation with the rest of the population you're calling brain dead.
