    My guess is that they will move them to Chicago or Dallas to get the best coverage and if the EU move was any indication, we should prepare for 3 to 4 days of downtime.

    Edit: The only kind of mergers I would be interested in seeing would be to make a super server where they merge the entire Data Center into a single entity. As things are setup right now though, I don't see that happening as Idileshire would nuke a majority of systems. Soo... that kind of merger wont happen due to PS4 limitations... PS5, please look forward to it.

    fun fact, ff14 didn't have multiple datacenters when it launched as ARR but with in the early access portion the df system was getting bog down, and and errors kept happening, so they decided to seperate the na and jp sub centers to alleviate this issue.

    They would need to buy/rent mega servers to group up all the servers but with bulmung and gilgamesh being so big already i don't think it is a good idea.
