Gunblade Junction Job?

No. Not only is the Junction system a completely different ability system to what we have here in FFXIV so it wouldn't fit into this game at all, lore wise gunblades are technically Garlean weaponry, which is actually quite rare, only carried by their most elite troops (Legatee and their Tribunes, and lower officer ranks like Centurions), and not the regular rank and file cannon fodder troops that make up the bulk of the Garlean army.

Besides, a gunblade is technically two weapon types in one, which contradicts the basic elements of the Armoury System, which is pretty strict when it comes to a weapon being either long or short ranged (after all, we already have Lightning's FFXIII gunblade the Blazefire Sabre as a weapon for GLA/PLD and it's just classed as a sword with the gun portion nonfunctional - Garlean gunblades on the other hand seem to be mostly just used as guns with a long bayonet attached, and as we already have a gun Job in the game (MCH) - not including the long dummied out and quietly ignored MSK class.

So I'm sorry to say, but I seriously doubt you will ever see an actual gunblade using class or Job in the game, instead gunblades would probably continue to appear as weapons for existing classes (GLA/PLD and MCH).
